Job Title: Service Desk Admin Coordinator – Telecoms

As part of this growth we are looking for Service Desk Admin Coordinators to join a busy team, processing orders and responding to all Mobile Device Service Requests including SIM Replacements, PAC Requests etc. within an SLA driven environment.
- Ensure all MDS orders are processed from 1st contact and Coordinating MDS Engineering presence.
- Administer all mobile service requests, SIM replacements, bolt-on, PAC requests etc
- Escalating, assigning and the monitoring of cases outside of Service Desk, e.g. engineering team.
All applicants must have knowledge of Telecoms / MDS Solutions and experience in an administration role within an SME or Telecoms organisation.
