ACIS / ACSS: Avaya Communication Manager (ACM), Session Border Control (SBC), System and Session Manager.
Parc Ellis are working with an award-winning Avaya Reseller, and provider of communications solutions and services to a prestigious range of mid-market and enterprise businesses & public sector clients both in the UK and Internationally.
As part of continued growth and expansion, they have built a business unit based in Central London specifically to deliver large projects and ongoing support to several large Central Government organisations. Due to these successes we now have requirement for and experienced Avaya UC & Contact Centre Specialist with string experience installing and maintaining Avaya ACM, Session Manager to join their Government Shared Service team as a dual skilled; Support and Professional Services Engineer / Technical Consultant who will be dedicated to the Central Government projects.
As the Government Shared Service Engineer, your primary role will be to ensure continued exceptional service to all our customers. You will need strong communication skills and experience delivering Problem, Incident, Change and Release Management duties within contracted SLA’s.
The Government Shared Service Team will have the opportunity to work on Avaya’s latest offerings such as Equinox client in some of the many exciting Projects coming down the line.
Experience & Skills Required
- Extensive Experience working with Avaya ACM, SBC, System and Session Manager
- Knowledge and experience are essential, accreditation is desirable but not a requirement
- All Applicants MUST be eligible for SC Clearance
