Due to successive growth this B2B e-commerce business is looking to recruit a Telesales Executive to join their already established, successful and commission earning sales team.

They require an experienced applicant with a minimum of 1 year, B2B telesales or outbound calling experience. You will be a driven and motivated Telesales Executive, Outbound Sales Advisor, Sales Executive with the ability to build rapport quickly.


  • Here you will approach targeted customer accounts lists and cold accounts for, with the aim to build and rekindle business relationships
  • Documenting and tracking communications via the database to ensure follow ups and consistency in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring regular calls are made to prospective customers
  • Building your knowledge of the client’s products and multiple ranges which they offer, and upselling to new and existing customers
  • Negotiation, and high-level solution selling and pitching the portfolio of products offered, providing required information to the customer to close the sale
  • Understanding customers needs and requirements, and the ability to adapt your style to suit each client / business



  • Strong sales, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Experience of cold calling, outbound calling
  • An ability to identify potential opportunities in both new and existing clients
  • Sound customer services skills
  • Proven ability to revive dead/cold leads
