Parc Ellis are working with established Managed Services Company who provide a full range of Managed Network, Connectivity, Virtualisation & Cloud Technology Solutions to a wide range of enterprise clients. This is an ideal industry for aspiring Infrastructure & Technical Support Engineer. Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for 2x 1st Line Technical Support Advisors to be join a busy Network Operations Centre where you will become a key member of their technical support team, supporting clients and delivering outstanding customer service.
We are looking for candidates with exposure to some of the key technology areas:
- Windows Server Operating System Support
- VOIP / IP Telephony
- Internet Services
- Deal quickly and efficiently with customer incidents
- Manage incidents through to resolution in line with ITIL methodology
- Provide regular communication and outstanding customer service
- Experience working on a Service Desk
- Knowledge of and awareness of ITIL
- An MCSA, MCSE and/or CCNA would be highly advantageous
