Job Title: First Line Support Analyst – ICT Managed Services

Location: Gateshead

Salary: ££18000 - ££20000

Parc Ellis are excited to be working with a leading ICT Managed Services Company with exactly this kind of culture, and we are looking for a number of First Line Support Engineers having recently promoted the top performers in the role, into the Escalations Engineering team – could you be next?

We are looking for ambitious and talented First Line Analyst’s with experience providing First Line Technical Support and investigating a range of technical issues. The successful candidate will be expected to deal with a range of technologies that include Windows Server & Desktop Infrastructure, VMWare, Exchange, O365 etc. any additional knowledge and experience working with Networking & VoIP Technologies would be considered advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & Resolve IT issues
  • Log all work into Helpdesk system
  • Hit SLA agreements

Knowledge, Skill & Experience

  • Experience working in an IT Support Role
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server, Storage & Networking Technologies
  • Excellent Communication Skills
